REFUND POLICY:

Absolutely no refunds. If you are unhappy with your service please let me know. I can accommodate correcting any mistakes made. 

CANCELLATIONS

If you must cancel, please do so at least 48 HOURS prior to avoid a cancellation fee:

 

• Same-day cancellation fee: 25%

• SATURDAY same-day cancellation fee: 50% of scheduled service

• No-call/no-show: 100% charged according to service. No exceptions.

 

If you arrive more than 10 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment time, I will do my best to accommodate you, but you will be charged a fee or asked to reschedule your appointment in consideration of  other patrons and my time. You still will be charged a late fee of 25% of the service fee.

 

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please remove any twists, coils, braids or extensions prior to your appointment. I reserve the right to apply a $25 up charge  to hair that is excessively tangled, matted, or braided. I also reserve the right to cancel/reschedule your session if I am unable to complete your session within your allotted service time because of you being unprepared..

 

 

SALON ETIQUETTE: CELL PHONES, GUESTS & CHILDREN

 

My workspace  is reserved for me and my clients receiving services. Non-appointed guests will be politely asked to remain in the waiting ( chairs located outside the suite)

In consideration of other patrons, Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon, unless being serviced. I reserve the right to cancel, reschedule your appointment.

 

Please DO NOT touch your hair while I am performing your service.
